I hereby grant permission to use real property located at:

I give permission for the recording of film scenes (exterior) for the use of Producer:  __________________________   .  Permission includes but is not limited to the right to bring crew, equipment and property onto the premises, and the right to remove the same from the premises after completion of work. I agree not to interfere with the producer’s work on the premises.

The premises will be used commencing on or about the following date:  __________ (subject to change in the event of changes in the production schedule or because of weather conditions) and continuing until completion of all scenes and work to be completed on the premises, currently scheduled to end on date: ________________

Producer agrees to restore the premises to the condition in which they were delivered, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Producer also agrees to use reasonable care to prevent damage to the premises. Producer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of business, loss of use and loss of profits of any party, including myself.
